Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Nurse Manager of the CRMC Emergency Department, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shift.

Qualifications: Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• For NICU and Pediatrics only:o Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience• Strong clinical experience in nursing; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Licenses and Certifications • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
